The Role – Coordinator of Learning (Art)

• Lead and develop the Art curriculum across the department.
• Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality Art lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Support and mentor colleagues within the department to drive outstanding teaching and learning.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and achievement.
• Promote the school's ethos, values, and commitment to excellence.
• Attend and contribute to departmental and whole-school meetings.
• Play an active role in the strategic development of the Art department.

Essential Requirements – Coordinator of Learning (Art)

• Permanent position starting September 2026
• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Must have experience teaching Art.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Must be available to work full-time.
