Personal Interests:
Making memories with my loved ones, dancing the night away with a cocktail in my hand. Wholesome walks with pretty views
Favourite film:
This is a hard one, so many great movies! I’d have to go with freedom writers, the notebook and the Hangover movies.
Notable Achievements:
My biggest personal achievement has been jumping 1300ft out of a plane to raise money for Mind charity and my biggest professional achievement was creating Unity education and building something special.
Why do candidates and clients want to work with me?
I pride myself on delivering a reliable, transparent, and open service with all, acting with integrity above all else. The talented educators and support staff I have had the privilege to work with, know I’ll always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help in any way I can.
I appreciate and value the people I work with and understand the importance of every job role in education. It’s more than business, we build connections, create solutions, and offer a listening ear after a bad day.

Why do candidates and clients want to work with me?
With 25 years in recruitment, I’ve built my career on trust, relationships and results. People enjoy working with me because I take the time to understand what really matters — whether it’s a teacher looking for the right role to thrive in, or a school seeking a long-term, reliable addition to their team.
I listen, give honest advice and focus on finding the right fit rather than a quick fix. My clients know they can rely on me to deliver consistently, and my candidates know I’ll always support their career goals with honesty, care and integrity. For me, it’s all about making a positive difference and building lasting professional relationships.
